The City intends to pre-qualify respondents who meet the requirements as laid out in this document for as long as the pre-qualification remains open. The prequalification will be re-opened annually and indefinitely. Only pre-qualified Proponents will be eligible to bid/quote for future work and will be invited directly by the City to submit tenders and/or quotations for future work once identified. Purchase Orders will be awarded on an individual project basis.
