This is a Market Research and Sources Sought Notice, NOT a solicitation announcement, requesting information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract (ID/IQ to provide Environmental program and training support to the Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, ISE. Commands supported under the G-9 ISE program include Army Materiel Command (AMC), Army National Guard (ARNG), US Army Reserve Command (USARC), and US Army Environmental Command (USAEC). Services are intended primarily to provide technical expert in support of G-9’s environmental program. However, due to the integrated nature of many Army installations, support may extend to other DoD commands and federal tenants on Army Installations or otherwise subject to Army G-9 oversight on a case-by-case basis.
ISE Program Support: This support includes a comprehensive list of general programmatic services and specific support for programs and initiatives including program management, communication, coordination organization, tracking, execution, and reporting. Contractor assistance may also be required for environmental systems administration. Services include but are not limited to:
Programmatic Training Support: Provide training instruction to U.S. Army soldiers and civilians to execute Army programs in accordance with requirements established by the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. Support includes agency HQ and worldwide field training activities to support Army programs. Services include but not limited to:
Contract work may also include purchasing limited licenses for the use of software, web-support, and/or hardware currently utilized by G-9 and their supported commands. Specific information on current licenses will be provided in subsequent task orders.
