The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 5,400 RSF clinical space in Naples, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Naples Veteran Center Readjustment Counseling Service. Offered space can be on no more than one floor. On-site parking for 25 vehicles required, of which at least 4 spaces must be ADA compliant. A full-service lease up to 20 Years will be considered.Â

Proposed Property shall not be located within the 100-year flood plain.

To be considered, space must be in Proximity to amenities and building support services such as public transportation within or bordering/facing the delineated area as follows:Â
