The City of Scotts Valley (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified design consultants to provide design services and environmental analysis/permitting for a dog park located at Shugart Park in Scotts Valley. Total project budget, inclusive of this contract, is $2,654,863. The City is seeking to contract with a firm with substantial design, engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration experience on similar types of public work improvements.
