The Calgary Public Library is requesting proposals from highly qualified vendors with expertise in providing full service, comprehensive, professional and environmentally responsible Landscape Maintenance and Snow and Ice Management Services to maintain and preserve the grounds at the South Fish Creek Complex. The services provided shall be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the deliverables section of this RFP.
The Library will be contracting for an initial term from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030. The Library will have the option to renew for an additional one (1), three (3) year term.
Pricing is to remain firm for first twelve (12) months. Contractors are to provide pricing increases for all five (5) years of the term of this RFP using the provided vendor Pricing Submission Form. This pricing submission form requests monthly costs for years 1 to 5 as well as additional costs (Call back, salting, etc.).
