The associated NAICS code for this service is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages with a small business size standard of $47,000,000 and Product Service Code (PSC) X1Lz, Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities. The identified vendor is Autoridad Metropolitana de Autobuses, as the only identified entity with at least 685 available parking spaces located within ½ mile walking distance from VACHS.

The Facilities Management Service (FMS) at VACHS needs a contractor to provide Parking as a Service for VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS). The BPA holder shall provide parking services from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. The parking facility shall be located up to ½ mile walking distance from VACHS. The BPA holder shall ensure that all parking spaces are used exclusively by VACHS authorized personnel.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
