Description
ODAIA requires a vendor capable of providing the following services:
-
Software licenses and maintenance to support geospatial tools and applications with Authority to Operate (ATO) on government systems;
-
Professional services for implementation, consulting, system optimization, and the development of custom-made tools to meet specific operational needs;
-
Training resources to build internal capacity to effectively use, manage, and sustain the geospatial tools, applications, and infrastructure;
-
At least FedRAMP Moderate compliant cloud hosting solutions to ensure system security, reliability, and scalability;
-
Documentation, reporting, and support as required to fulfill ASPR’s objectives.
Having these services provided by a single vendor streamlines operations, automates data workflows, and ensures the uninterrupted delivery of geospatial products essential to ASPR’s response efforts. Additionally, this approach establishes a secure, centralized system that supports near real-time geospatial analytics, ensuring the ASPR GIS Program can continue providing critical geospatial insights to ASPR and its partners during response and steady-state operations.
