The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest District (SW District) is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the rental of heavy equipment with operator on an 'as needed / if needed' basis for various types of equipment for various locations within the Southwest District (SW District). This contract will begin from award through November 30, 2026 with three (3) one-year renewals. This solicitation is for when an equipment with operator rental is needed, MoDOT SW will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the project location. This bid will be awarded on a "multiple award" basis.
