The project includes removal of the existing overlay metal roof and hugger system, including hugger system nailer/purlins over existing metal roof. Remove existing gutters, downspouts, flashing, etc. Install all new polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) roofing system over original metal roof, new insulation and coverboard. Install all new flashing systems, gutters, downspouts and splash pads, etc. Work also includes selective interior demolition of the existing PEMB Insulation system at the roof level to be trimmed neatly at girt locations and prepare exposed underside of existing roof panel to be painted. Additional demolition includes selective demolition of existing overhead door tracks that are abandoned and no longer in use at both the south and north hanger bays.
