Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of the Office of Quality Operations, awarded a sole source contract with Authentix Inc. on 09/09/2025 for repair services and annual preventative maintenance for its Banknote Processing Systems 3000 (BPS 3000) Optical Currency Inspection System (OCIS2) Sensors. The period of performance is 09/25/2025 through 09/24/2030, consisting of one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. Authentix Inc. is the sole provider for the services needed and required by the BEP to support the continued operation of the OCIS2 sensors. Please see attached redacted SF1013 for full details.
