(IFB) Fleet Services Automotive Oil, Lubricants, & Functional Products Supply & Delivery Addendum 1

The purpose of this Solicitation for JEA Fleet
Services Automotive Oil, Lubricants, & Functional Products Supply &
Delivery (this “Solicitation”) is to evaluate and select a Company(s) that can
provide JEA Fleet Services with Product and Delivery as described in this
Solicitation (the "Work" or "Services") and to determine
the best method to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, and workmanship. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the
purchase and delivery of Automotive Oil, Lubricants, & Functional Products
Supply & Delivery.  The intent is to
award at minimum, a primary contract for Automotive Oil, Lubricants, and
Functional Products Supply and Delivery for three (3) years with two (2)
optional one (1) year renewals, as bid results dictate. It must be noted that
quantities and percentages indicated reflect the approximate quantities to be
purchased throughout the Contract period and are subject to fluctuation.  JEA does not commit to any volume to the
Primary Contract Awardee.  JEA reserves
the right to adjust award percentage amounts and Award additional Contracts
based on certain groupings of the Work items, or JEA may exclude certain Work
items, if JEA determines that it is in its best interest to do so.
