1412202679 (IFB) Construction Services for Underground Water, Wastewater and Reuse Grid Repairs and Installations

The Work performed under this Contract shall include providing the personnel, equipment, and materials to complete assigned tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

i.        Water Main replacements and/or extensions (including the addition of valves, fire hydrants, or service modifications necessary to bring existing systems into compliance with current standards)
ii.        Water, Wastewater, and/or Reclaimed Piping repairs, replacements, and/or extensions (including valves and other appurtenances as well as piping within vacuum and low-pressure systems)
iii.        Manhole installation & repairs (excluding liners/linings)
iv.        Service connections (residential and commercial)
v.        Large meter installations

JEA intends to award up to six (6) Contracts for the Work. The Work will consist primarily of Capital and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) projects that are planned or developed throughout the course of the Contract period (the “Term”). Individual projects may vary widely in size and scope. The services that are performed by the Company will be those not already contracted for in other JEA service contracts.
