Bidder will need to include the equipment cost, installation, and monthly service fees in their bid/quote. Please contact the contact person listed above if you want to conduct a site visit. Outsourcing is NOT permitted The bidder is required to attach an itemized quote with their bid. Alarm Monitoring Services Including: Batteries Cellular Communicator Control Panel Keyboard Siren and/or Strobe Vendor is responsible for sending invoice and service report to invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov. Payments will be made in arrears monthly. Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions. If you have any additional questions concerning this field office, please contact the contact person listed above. Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles will consider our budget when processing an award to a supplier for items and services. Our agency must stay within our budget when awarding a purchase order.
