This requirement is to procure a contract to provide Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) support for Federal Occupational Health, Information Technology. The services provided will support FOH IT in performing its FOH enterprise-wide IT responsibilities covering FOH and its customers, will perform strategic and technical ITSM tasks and activities essential for FOH to optimize operational performance, and will provide administrative, technical and engineering staff to develop, implement, and maintain elements of the assigned infrastructure.
