Plant Care and Interior Scape - Edmonton

This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals for interior scaping/plant care as outlined in this document (the “Project”). Proposals are expected to address the following components:

The scope of this NRFP is for the following services:
1. Plant Care at AIMCo office located at 10250 101 ST NW #1600 Edmonton T5J 3P4
2. 78 planters (with multiple plants, various sizes) which are AIMCo owned
3. 21 potted plants that are rented/leased by AIMCo
4. The above plants are distributed on 6 floors (9th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th floor) which will need servicing
5. There are 12 living walls/moss walls, which will also need maintenance/servicing. Moss walls are distributed among 7 floors (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th, 15th and 16th).
6. In case of damage/degradation of any of the plant(s) mentioned above, maintenance and/or replacement of the above mentioned 99 planters and moss walls will fall under the responsibility of the successful proponent.
