The objective of this Sources Sought is to solicit input of the capabilities among the contractors with experience serving as a Design-Build firm managing a large, multi-discipline project with key personnel to design and replace the LC39 Area Power Duct bank at Kennedy Space Center, Florida 32899. The potential construction project will be procured using procedures of the two-phase Design-Build acquisition in FAR Part 36.3 to design and replace existing Medium Voltage (MV) underground duct bank, including conduits and manholes, along with associated feeder cabling between the C-5 Substation and Switching Station 900, along Saturn Causeway. The replacement will involve installing new underground duct bank and MV feeder cabling.
