Description:

The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for quarterly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of a Domestic Water Treatment Plant (WTP), in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.

REQUIRED LICENSES & CERTIFICATES:
California State Water Resources Control Board D1 or higher Water Distribution Operator Certificate, and/or T2 or higher Water Treatment Operator Certificate.
Additionally, must possess or list subcontractors holding California Contractors State License Board A - General Engineering Contractor, or C55 - Water Conditioning Contractor, or C36 - Plumbing Contractor
