Summary

The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: This project will deploy the Q-Free Adaptive Traffic Signal Control (ATSC), and Advance Traffic Controller (ATC) traffic signal controllers along the Valley Avenue and Gerrard Street corridors, Also, this project will deploy the Q-Free, cloud-based, Software as a Service (SaaS), Advanced Traffic Management Software (ATMS) system “Kinetics Signals” to manage traffic signal operations on both corridors.
