The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Engineering services for the 5ED Water Pressure Zone Resilience project. Services may include study, design and possible construction administration and inspection. The project area is bounded by the Central Arizona Project (CAP) Canal to the south, Carefree Highway to the north, 1-17 to the west, and Cave Creek Road to the east. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $20 million.
