Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Operations Services Division, and Parks and Trails Division requests proposals from consulting firms for professional services to perform ALL work necessary to prepare a Project Memorandum (PM), construction plans and specifications, provide construction inspection, and contract administration services for the Minnesota Valley State Trail – Nine Mile Segment.
The Minnesota Valley State Trail is a non-motorized paved shared use trail that runs parallel with the Minnesota River and will ultimately extend from Blooming Ferry Bridge to Fort Snelling State Park. This segment is approximately 2.2 miles in length and is proposed to have a 10-foot wide paved top with 2-foot shoulders and a rural type section design.
