Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Oil, Gas, and Mining
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Mine Reclamation near Moab, UT.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: All vendors MUST attend this pre-bid meeting. Please see Attachment B, Scope of Work for time and location. It will be strenuous hiking at times; you MUST bring water and food for the day, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: finish by December 31, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
