Synopsis posting for upcoming solicitation for:
A Graduation venue in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is a non-personal services contract to provide the Noncommissioned Officer Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) with a venue to accommodate the Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Graduation. The Noncommissioned Officer Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) requires a location for the Sergeants Major Course (SMC) Graduation Ceremony with a minimum of 8,000 – 10,000 seats. The NCOLCoE requires a location that can seat 720 graduates in an isolated section of seating (i.e., main floor), 300 VIPs, and at least 9,000 family members and guests in general seating.
