College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
CRNA is the professional and regulatory body for Alberta's more than 51,000 registered nurses, including nurses in direct care, education, research and administration as well as nurse practitioners. Its mandate is to protect the public by ensuring that Albertans receive effective, safe and ethical care by registered nurses and nurse practitioners. CRNA is a non-profit organization.
The purpose of this RFI is to help CRNA understand the range of services offered by BCP consulting firms. We would like to evaluate the capabilities and experience of potential vendors while exploring different approaches to reviewing, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive Business Continuity Program. Additionally, CRNA would like to gather preliminary cost estimates for budgeting purposes.
CRNA’s Business Continuity Program currently consists of the following documents:
• Business Continuity Plan
• Emergency Response Plan
• Disaster Recovery Plan
• Crisis Management Plan
• Crisis Communication Plan
