NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract DFI SERVER REPLACEMENT 26-078-SHF on or before August 31, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Sheriff’s Office is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver Storinator Hybrid F8X1 and XL60H32 storage servers capable of scaling block, file, or object storage workloads without vendor-locked software constraints. Hardware shall seamlessly integrate into existing enterprise network using a software-defined storage framework (ZFS/Ceph).

Awarded bidder shall provide hardware components, assembling, testing and warranty support for the production-ready storage servers.
