PROJECT: TIMPAS PICNIC AREA SITE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

QUESTIONS DUE: August 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time and



QUOTES DUE: August 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time



Questions and Quotes shall be submitted via email to Janice King at janice.king@usda.gov AND to Lucas Dahlman at lucas.dahlman@usda.gov by the established due dates and times.



Description of Work: The proposed project's goal is to improve the site amenities and reduce deferred maintenance at the Timpas Picnic Ground near Timpas, Colorado:



a. Base Bid Items - the proposed project includes and should be done in the

following order:

i. Installation of new picnic ground pathways.

ii. Replace pedestal grills.



iii. Improve interpretive elements.

iv. Improve parking area.
