Description:
Renovation of a 3800 SF one-story building. Work includes selective demolition to create new classroom area; new interior finishes at classroom, existing offices, existing toilet rooms and showers; and new plumbing, HVAC and lighting. Update of exterior envelope includes new standing seam roof system and new brick veneer over portions of existing CMU at exterior walls. Limited exterior site repairs include reconfiguring concrete walks and paving.
