Beverage Vending Equipment and Services
This addendum modifies the original document as listed below and is hereby incorporated to the contract
documents. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by returning the completed and signed form with the
solicitation response. Signed addendums submitted separate from proposals should be mailed to the above
address. Failure to submit the addendum may be used as an evaluated factor.
Changes in Scope
1. Exclusion
Exclusions:
This contract applies exclusively to campuses and district office facilities within Garland Independent
School District (GISD). This agreement expressly excludes Student Nutrition Services (SNS) and the
Curtis Caldwell Center.
2. Add to Specifications
Transition Period:
Vendor shall specify the timeline for the replacement and removal of existing machines from all
applicable campuses and district offices. Clarification is required as to whether such replacement and
removal will occur on the first day of the contract term or according to an agreed-upon schedule.
