Independent Review and Analysis of Cincinnati Police Department Contact Card Data and Reporting Practices

Project Description: The City of Cincinnati seeks proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated expertise in law enforcement data analysis, criminal justice research, civil rights, public policy, or related fields to conduct an independent review and analysis of Cincinnati Police Department contact card data and associated reporting practices. The purpose of this RFP is to provide the City with an independent, objective analysis of contact card data, related datasets, and associated reporting practices. The Contractor's primary responsibility shall be to evaluate and present findings supported by the available evidence.
