Roof Replacement and HVAC Replacement for the Mercer County Hopewell Library

The County of Mercer is requesting bids for the replacement of the existing roof and HVAC systems to the Hopewell Library located at 245 Pennington-Titusville Road in Pennington, Mercer County, New Jersey complete as specified within these Contract Documents and shown on the Drawings entitled, “Hopewell Library Roof and HVAC Replacement, Contract No. 2026-2” prepared by Richard A. Alaimo Associates, and consisting of fourteen (14) drawings as listed at the end of this Statement of Work. The Drawings are appended to these specifications.

Event Note: Pre-Bid Site-Visit:  August 27, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.  at the Mercer County Hopewell Library, the pre-bid site visit is not a mandatory requirement, but it is strongly encouraged.
