HVAC Replacement and Upgrades at Various RHA

Project Description: Reading Housing Authority (RHA) will receive Multiple Prime sealed bids for the HVAC Replacement and Upgrades at Various RHA Locations until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, on www.pennbid.net at which time all bids will be publicly opened on www.pennbid.net. Bids received after this time will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of a stipulated sum. Bids will be received for separate Mechanical Construction and General Construction Contracts. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason or reasons whatsoever.
On Monday, June 29th 2026 , at 10:00 A.M., RHA will conduct a pre-bid conference at the Reading Housing Authority 400 Hancock Blvd, Reading, PA, 19611. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference and schedule a site visit.
Copies of bidding documents are available to qualified contractors at pennbid.net. Questions about technical specifications can be asked on pennbid.net. Questions about HUD forms, bid forms, etc. or pennbid.net can be emailed to, at contracts@readingha.org. All requests for information are to be submitted in writing before 11:00AM on Monday, July 6th, 2026.
