Public Notice Statement
The City of Sandy Springs is providing public notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Multivista dba Integrated
Documentation Services, LLC for construction documentation services. The vendor has been identified as the sole source
for this purchase based on the justification provided in this form.
Any supplier that believes it can provide the required goods or services may submit a written challenge to the City of Sandy
Springs Procurement Office before the posted closing date and time. Challenges must include documentation showing the
supplier can meet the City's stated requirements.

Multivista will provide construction documentation services throughout the project lifecycle for the City's fire station projects.
Services may include, but are not limited to: Exterior progress documentation of the building and construction site. Interior
progress documentation, including 360-degree imagery. Existing conditions and site documentation before and during
construction. UAV/drone aerial documentation, subject to FAA approval and weather conditions. MEP Exact-Built
documentation to capture mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems before insulation, drywall, or concealment. Pre-Slab
Exact-Built documentation after underground utilities, waterproofing, and rebar are installed and before concrete placement.
Site and utility mapping to document site and utility construction prior to backfill. Webcam services, including remote access
and periodic image capture. Owner training videos recorded, edited, and archived for City use. Hosting and access to
project documentation through the Multivista documentation platform.
Exclusive Capabilities

Multivista provides an integrated construction documentation platform that combines exterior and interior progress
documentation, 360-degree imagery, UAV/drone aerial documentation, MEP Exact-Built documentation, Pre-Slab Exact-Built
documentation, webcam services, hosting, and owner training video documentation within one project documentation
system. The City has previously used Multivista on capital construction projects, which has established a consistent
documentation standard, file structure, workflow, and platform access method for City project and facilities staff. Continuing
with Multivista allows the City to maintain continuity between completed, current, and future project records and preserves a
centralized visual record that can be used for project management, facilities operations, future maintenance, and closeout
reference. The value of this request is based on standardization and continuity. Using a different provider may require the
City to transition to a different platform, establish a new file structure and documentation process, and manage project
records across separate systems. This could create inconsistencies between existing Multivista project documentation and
future project records for Fire Station 1 and Fire Station 4.
Market Research / Basis for Sole Source
Briefly describe the steps taken to determine whether other vendors can meet the City's need.
The City conducted market research to identify potential vendors that may be able to provide construction documentation
services for Fire Station 1 and Fire Station 4. The research identified vendors that appear to offer services that may be
similar to, or overlap with, the requested scope, including exterior and interior progress documentation, 360-degree imagery,
UAV/drone aerial documentation, MEP documentation, pre-slab documentation, webcam services, project platform access,
and owner training video documentation. The City has contacted the identified vendors to determine whether they can
provide all services outlined in the request and whether they can provide separate pricing for Fire Station 1 and Fire Station
4. Vendors were asked to review the scope of work, provide pricing if interested, and identify any services they are unable to
provide. The responses received will be used to determine whether competition exists for the full scope of services. If a
vendor is unable to provide all requested services, the department will document the specific deficiency on the sole
source/standardization request form. If one or more vendors can provide the full scope of services, the City will evaluate the
responses to determine the appropriate procurement path.
