Walton County Central Purchasing Department is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to perform a building inspection and condition assessment of the Central Purchasing facility located at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433, and to prepare simplified drawings of a proposed new office layout.
The purpose of this project is to obtain an independent professional evaluation of the facility's current condition and to produce layout drawings that will support the County's internal planning process and, if applicable, permitting for the proposed remodel
