Please be advised that the deadline for submission of proposals in response to the above-
referenced Request for Proposals (RFP) has been extended.
The original proposal submission deadline of July 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM is hereby extended to
October 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
All other terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications contained in the RFP remain
unchanged and in full force and effect unless otherwise stated in this notice.
Prospective respondents should acknowledge receipt of this notice and ensure that their
proposals are submitted by the revised deadline.
The Sayreville Housing Authority (SHA) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to
provide Professional Risk Management Services. Proposal documents may be obtained by

Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026, at the SHA
Administrative Office, or submitted electronically to Ddzema@perthamboyha.org, as specified
in the Request for Proposals.
SHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and irregularities,
and to accept the proposal that is determined to be in the best interest of the Housing Authority.
