Heating and Cooling Units Services and Repair Contractor for Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP)

Project Description: The City of Lubbock has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) because the City is seeking a contract for Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Service and repair of existing heating & cooling units and installation of portable air conditioning units with one or more contractors. In order to assure adequate coverage, the City may make multiple awards, selecting multiple vendors to provide the products desired, if multiple awards are in the best interest of the City. A decision to make a multiple award of this bid; however, is an option reserved by the City, based on the needs of the City. Interested Contractors must complete the bid form and submit it along with the other required documentation.
