Janitorial Services for the City of Florissant Municipal Courts building (30,044 SQ.FT.) from Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts at the Police Station (22,402 SQ.FT.)
The janitorial services are to be performed as shown on the included Schedules . The cleaning products should be included in the bid price. Stocking of City-supplied paper products and soap to be included in the bid price. All employees or contractors who work within City buildings must pass a criminal background check performed by the City of Florissant before they are allowed to work inside any City buildings.
