Austin Borough is requesting quotes through the PA COSTARS program for the design, fabrication, furnishing, and testing of:
One (1) complete 45 kW (53 kVA) propane-fueled generator package
One (1) automatic transfer switch
Quotes made outside of the COSTARS program will not be accepted. Quotes must include the vendor’s COSTARS Contract/Vendor number.

One output breaker with ground fault protection
200 amp, 240V, 3-phase, outdoor Type 3R
Open transition (break-before-make), microprocessor-controlled
UL 1008 and UL 1066 compliance
Equipment receiving, unloading, and installation
Construction of foundation anchors
Generator/transfer switch installation
All external wiring and cabling
Compliance statement with deviations clearly listed
Technical brochures, outline drawings, shop and certified drawings
Generator performance data and wiring diagrams
Emissions test reports, ISO 9001 certification, parts availability
Minimum one-day site inspection by Owner
