Project Description: The purpose of the feasibility study project is to outline the needs and costs to potentially redevelop the property, including a detailed evaluation of the property’s physical structure, a comprehensive assessment of areas and conditions requiring remediation and stabilization in priority order, and estimated rehabilitation costs to make the building usable again. Meeting these goals will provide guidance for construction and programming needs of the historic Union Station building and allow community partners to seek resources for specific activities and needs.
