Water Softeners Service Maintenance

SUBMITTAL - Scope of Work Response

Failure to provide documentation demonstrating the following required qualifications may result in the Contractor being deemed non-responsive.

Supporting documentation to be included with this bid includes:

Have a minimum of five (5) years of continuous experience, immediately preceding the date of this solicitation, providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial water softener systems comparable to the Kinetico Commercial Plus Series 216 water softener or equivalent commercial-grade equipment. This will be verified via Offeror References.

Be an authorized service provider for the manufacturer of the equipment being serviced or shall demonstrate that their technicians have received manufacturer training specific to the equipment. The City reserves the right to request documentation verifying manufacturer authorization or training. This will be verified via manufacturer's authorization letter.

Ensure that all personnel performing work under this contract are qualified and experienced in servicing commercial water treatment equipment and possess all required licenses and/or industry certifications applicable to the services performed. The Contractor shall provide documentation verifying qualifications within five (5) business days upon request by the City. Acceptable documentation includes manufacturer authorization letters, training certificates, professional licenses, industry certifications, or references from similar projects completed within the past five (5) years.
