Description:
This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide all maintenance, inspection, calibration, continuous load recording as requested, testing and repairs of CDCR equipment in accordance with provisions stated in the California Code of Regulation (CCR), Title 8, Electrical Safety Orders; the National Electrical Code, (NEC) governing medium and high voltage applications; the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E; the California Code of Regulation, Title 24, Part 3; the California General Order 95 (GO-95); American National Standards Institute (ANSI) C57.12.90; American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) D-3612, D-1533-B, D-974, and D-877; International Electrical Testing Association ¿ Electrical Power Distribution and Systems; appropriate manufacturer¿s specifications as well as all applicable technical bulletins, rules and regulations.
