This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the Louisiana
Department of Health (LDH), Pinecrest Support and Services Center (PSSC) located at 100 Pinecrest
Drive, Pineville, LA 71360.
The contract shall be effective for a 12 month period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30,
2027.
At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be
extended for two additional twelve 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total
contract time may not exceed 36 months.
