Apparel, Embroidery and Other Related Services

The County of Orange, Probation , (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Apparel, Embroidery and Other Related Services . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.

1. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
   1. The contractor must be within three (3) miles of 1700 E. St. Andrew Pl., Santa Ana, CA 92705.
   2. Contractor shall have a minimum of three (3) years of business experience providing Apparel,
      Embroidery and Other Related Services.
2. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
   Contractor shall:
   1. Provide uniform embroidery and silk screening to County on an as-needed basis.
   2. Have a customer service representative to assist and handle all Probation personnel questions, needs, and overall management of the account.
   3. Provide samples of embroidery upon request at no cost to County.
   4. Artwork for new design (embroidery, silk screening, etc.) may require Contractor’s assistance and sample submission upon request at no cost to the County.
   5. Offer professional Silk Screening with multi-color design capabilities.
   6. Offer wide selection of embroidery fonts and custom multi-color design capabilities.
