Project Description: Fairfax County seeks to maximize competition in its procurement process, ensuring that all qualified businesses have a fair opportunity to partner with the County. The purpose of the Procurement Disparity Study is to analyze how the demographics of Fairfax County Government (FCG) and Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) supply chains compare with the available business community, and whether procurement practices could be enhanced to foster competition and equitable business opportunities.
