The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for the supply and delivery of off-road diesel to various Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) locations on a will-call, fill-as-needed basis. The off-road diesel will be used to fuel generators and other non-transportation equipment. All fuel storage tanks are owned and maintained by FCPS.
