Request for Proposal
This system is based entirely in the Microsoft cloud and relies on three key technologies which include: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Page Portals. The successful proponent would be able to assist in the adjustment and modification of these items as they arise. We estimate this will be take 8-10 hours of work per month.
The BCMB invites vendors to submit a proposal that describes how their firm (or consortium) would provide support. A detailed description of the scope of services is contained in the downloadable version of this RFP.
Please note while the APC listing shows a contract end date of March 2026, the intention is to create an ongoing relationship.
