The City of Clermont, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive planning services for the update of the Citywide Comprehensive Plan. The selected firm will work closely with City staff and stakeholders to develop a modernized plan that reflects the community's vision, addresses current challenges, and complies with state and local regulations. This update will enhance the livability and sustainability of Clermont while promoting economic growth and environmental stewardship.
The City of Clermont, known as the Choice of Champions, is one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Florida and has emerged as Florida's epicenter for health, wellness, and fitness. Strategically located near Orlando and major transportation hubs, Clermont offers an unparalleled quality of life, making it an attractive destination for families, businesses, and recreational enthusiasts.
