Professional Services for Park Improvements

Greenville County is seeking Requests for Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional landscape architectural and engineering services (referred herein as "Professional Services") for the development of construction documents in accordance with renovation projects outlined within. Improvements include roadway and parking lot repaving, sidewalks, plazas, shade structures, fencing, landscaping, and related construction and stormwater requirements for Southside, Northside and Lakeside Parks. The County desires the Southside Park project to be completed first by end of calendar year and Northside Park project to be completed thereafter by May 30, 2026 and Lakeside Park completed by September 30, 2026 and for the selected firm to assist in construction administration when necessary.
