Project Description: The City of Cincinnati’s Department of Transportation and Engineering is seeking professional consulting services to assess the City’s 20-year-old wayfinding system and provide a PHASE 1: Conceptual Master Plan and Recommendations for a new, comprehensive wayfinding program serving Downtown and Uptown, Cincinnati’s two largest urban districts.
