RFP 20251938 TRANSIT FIXED ROUTE SOFTWARE APPLICATION

Project Description: TARC is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of transit fixed-route scheduling software and daily operations management software including support and maintenance services. The application(s) shall include all fixed-route scheduling and operations functionalities including, but not limited to, blocking, run-cutting, costing, rostering, absence management, work management, timekeeping and online bidding process to support service planning, budgeting, and transportation operations services of TARC in line with TARC’s goals for cost-effective and efficient fixed-route service and a high quality of life for TARC’s operators
TARC intends to award a single-vendor Fixed-Price contract for an initial term of 2 years with an option to exercise an additional four (4) two-year terms for a total of ten (10) years to the highly qualified firm(s) and best value proposal that meets the minimum standards and requirements of TARC as indicated in this solicitation.
