Ohio Department of Health - DOH54678 BCFH SFY25 Infant Hearing Deaf Mentor and Snapshot Program ODH RFP

The project objective is to increase communication options available for families in the state of Ohio while connecting families with Deaf and Hard of Adults. Families are able to learn from adults with lived experiences and/or receive formal American Sign Language Training.

An amendment has been issued to extend the proposal submission deadline, providing additional time for potential bidders to prepare and submit their responses.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000025735. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000025735-DOH54678 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000025735-DOH54678 - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
