RSOQ For Consultant Services To Develop Park City Transit’s Phase II Zero Emission Transition Plan

REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
PCMC is inviting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified persons or firms (“Respondents”) to provide consultant services to develop Park City Transit’s Phase II Zero Emission Transition Plan.
SOQ DUE: By 5:00 P.M. MT. on Friday, January 16, 2026 (extended from January 9, 2025, on 12/19/2025).

Submit SOQs electronically via Utah Public Procurement Place (“U3P”). The SOQs will be opened after the submission deadline.
RSOQ AVAILABLE: The RSOQ will be available on December 9, 2025, on the U3P website. Any modifications to the RSOQ or responses to questions submitted will be added as an addendum to the RSOQ posted on U3P Website.  It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda.

QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted in writing to the U3P website by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, December 29, 2025.  Please do not submit the same question multiple times.

PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received for any reason.  Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RSOQ. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in SOQs received when in the best interest of PCMC.
